Safe Driving Policy

Every CURBZ driver is expected to operate their vehicle safely and follow all applicable traffic laws while completing deliveries.

Expectations while driving

• Obey posted speed limits and traffic signals at all times.
• Never use a handheld phone while driving; pull over safely before checking job details.
• Never drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Secure all cargo properly before departing a pickup location.
• Wear a seatbelt at all times while operating a vehicle for CURBZ deliveries.

Vehicle condition

Drivers are responsible for keeping their vehicle in safe, roadworthy condition, including valid registration and insurance at all times.

Reporting an incident

If you're involved in an accident or safety incident during a delivery, contact CURBZ support immediately and follow standard accident-reporting procedures with local authorities and your insurer.

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or removal from the CURBZ driver platform.
