Our commitment

CURBZ prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

What this means in practice

• Drivers may not refuse or cancel a delivery based on a customer's or merchant's protected characteristics.
• Customers and merchants may not request a different driver based on a protected characteristic.
• Everyone on the platform is expected to follow our Community Guidelines.

Reporting a concern

If you believe you've experienced or witnessed discrimination on the CURBZ platform, report it to CURBZ support right away. Reports are taken seriously and may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
