CURBZ works because customers, merchants, and drivers treat each other with respect. These guidelines apply to everyone using the platform.

Be respectful

Treat every customer, merchant, and driver with courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.

Be honest

Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and item details. Don't request delivery of prohibited items — see our Hazardous Materials Policy.

Be safe

Drivers should follow all traffic laws and our Safe Driving Policy. Customers and merchants should ensure pickup/drop-off locations are safe and accessible.

Be reliable

Show up for scheduled pickups and drop-offs, and communicate promptly if plans change.

Reporting a concern

If you experience or witness a violation of these guidelines, report it to CURBZ support as soon as possible.
