Deliveries booked through CURBZ are covered by cargo protection while your item is in transit with a CURBZ driver, from pickup to drop-off. If an item is lost or damaged in transit, contact support through your dashboard to file a claim.

For drivers

All independent drivers on the CURBZ platform are required to carry a valid personal auto insurance policy that meets state minimum requirements. CURBZ maintains supplemental commercial coverage that applies while a driver is actively en route to a pickup or drop-off.
